Configure and support iCapital’s Insight, Learning Center, and Architect platform features, addressing client technical issues and improving support processes.
What you'll do
- Configure platform features, courses, and user entitlements for clients and internal users.
- Respond to technical support escalations and troubleshoot platform issues using the firm’s case management tool.
- Build Learning Center training resources, file continuing education applications and reports, and document operational processes and technical issues.
