Supports investors, financial advisors, and fund sponsors using iCapital’s platform, managing client service and alternative-investment workflows while improving the client experience.
What you'll do
- Provide dedicated account coverage and timely support to clients and advisors.
- Assist fund managers’ clients through subscription processes, manage fund closings, and resolve operational escalations.
- Partner with Technology and other teams on platform and client-experience improvements; assist with senior-management projects.
