Delivers and develops product training for customers, partners, and employees to improve understanding and use of iCapital software.
What you'll do
- Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions and develop training curricula, courses, and certification materials.
- Create and maintain product education content, including videos and technical materials, in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assess training effectiveness and participant progress, and collaborate with Sales and Product Management to address training needs.
