Delivers and develops product training to help customers, partners, and employees understand and adopt iCapital’s software.
What you'll do
- Deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual training, and create and maintain courses, curricula, and certification materials.
- Develop and record product education content, maintain it in the Learning Management System (LMS), and explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
- Assess training effectiveness and participant progress, identify training needs, and improve programs in partnership with Sales and Product Management.
