Manages client-facing software implementation projects from requirements and planning through delivery, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and client communication.
What you'll do
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and financial tracking.
- Facilitate requirements analysis and design; manage scope changes, risks, and client approvals.
- Maintain project records and meet productivity, utilization, margin, and project management KPIs.
