About the job
Provides operational support for trade reconciliations across feeder and direct funds, investigating and resolving discrepancies and helping improve related processes.
What you'll do
- Review daily reconciliation exceptions, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with administrators, custodians, and service providers.
- Track aging breaks and escalate exceptions that require support or pose client, financial, or operational risk.
- Collaborate with Technology on process automation and integration, and document workflows, controls, and procedures.
