What you'll do
- Troubleshoot printer electrical, mechanical, and software issues; perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Document troubleshooting, replacements, and maintenance in the ticketing system; monitor printer data for potential issues.
- Coordinate complex tasks, support Print Operators, and promote safe, efficient project execution.
