What you'll do
- Set and execute search strategies, source and assess candidates, and manage requisitions through offer.
- Maintain candidate relationships, prepare summaries and scorecards, and share market insights with the TA Partner.
- Use AI for recruiting tasks and guide Sourcing Recruiters on shared searches.
