Supports ICON Build’s design-build delivery by improving workflows, maintaining standards and documentation, and helping project teams adopt tools and processes across project phases.
What you'll do
- Assess delivery workflows and identify process, documentation, and coordination gaps; implement and maintain standardized processes and the ICON Build playbook.
- Embed with project teams to support workflow adoption, document field performance, and track usage of tools including BuildOS.
- Coordinate project documentation and internal communications between design and operational stakeholders, aligning schedules and deliverables across handoffs.
