Sr. Director, Information Technology and Systems

What you'll do

• Lead IT, infrastructure, and security teams; set operating principles, service levels, and multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Oversee corporate IT, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, vendor management, and support operations.
• Own security across corporate and connected product environments, including network segmentation and government-related compliance.

What they ask for

• 12+ years leading technology or information organizations, including 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple teams through managers or team leads.
• 5+ years leading technology teams in regulatory complex environments.
• Experience managing corporate IT at scale and overseeing infrastructure and security teams, including knowledge of network segmentation, cloud platforms, on-premises infrastructure, and the shared responsibility model.
• Cybersecurity framework and compliance proficiency; executive influence and business-case skills; eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Government contracting or regulated-enclave experience; experience securing connected products such as IoT, industrial controls, or robotics.
• Automation-led IT scaling, enterprise data platform exposure such as Palantir Foundry, or experience in construction technology, advanced manufacturing, or deep tech.
