About the job
Provides in-house U.S. corporate legal support for an international proprietary trading firm, focusing on corporate matters, entity structures, intracompany transactions, tax issues, and commercial contracts.
What you'll do
- Review, draft, and negotiate intracompany agreements and commercial contracts.
- Advise on corporate law, organizational structure, and tax implications of entity structures and activities.
- Research and prepare legal memoranda and partner with Finance and other teams to support business objectives while maintaining legal and regulatory safeguards.
