About the job
Serves as the strategic technical advisor for assigned customers, guiding Immuta implementation and adoption, surfacing customer insights to Product, and supporting field and partner engagements.
What you'll do
- Plan customer implementations and drive product adoption, optimization, and expansion with Customer Success Managers.
- Advise customers on data governance, security, privacy, access control, AI readiness, and data architecture; relay feedback and market insights to Product and Engineering.
- Create technical enablement and thought-leadership materials, and support pre-sales engagements and technology partners.
