Leads education, adoption, and growth of impact.com’s retail media solutions, guiding clients and partners and collaborating on product improvements.
What you'll do
- Educate internal teams, clients, and partners on retail media products and provide strategic adoption guidance.
- Manage campaign implementation, ongoing client support, relationships, and product issue resolution.
- Share client feedback with Product teams and help create self-service resources with Product Marketing.
