Associate Product Manager (Contracting/Action Processing)

What you'll do

• Drive feature slices across Action Processing and Contracting, including terms, commissions, audience rules, and contract workflows.
• Write and review Markdown requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria; partner with Engineering to identify risks and deliver work.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, specification, prototyping, and analysis, while validating outputs and tracking success metrics.

What they ask for

• Early-career product experience or equivalent evidence of operating at this level, including from a technical background.
• Degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related technical field, with a strong academic record.
• Experience writing structured requirements in Markdown or similar and comfort working near a codebase or GitHub context.
• Technical orientation, basic source-data analysis, clear communication, and comfort working with engineers and designers in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Personal projects or prototypes built with AI agents or coding assistants.
• Exposure to marketplace, fintech, SaaS monetization, contracting, or partner/platform products; customer-support triage experience is also a plus.

Pay

$85,000 – $95,000 USD per year base salary; additional 5% variable annual bonus (amount not specified; contingent on Company performance); Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant (amount not specified).
