Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Own features from concept through production, including service and API design, implementation, and operation.
• Improve application reliability, deployment, observability, scalability, and maintainability; investigate production issues.
• Contribute technical judgment through design discussions, code review, mentoring, and engineering leadership.

What they ask for

• Professional Java and Spring Framework development experience.
• Experience delivering production software and designing, testing, and operating backend services.
• Experience with relational databases, public cloud platforms, asynchronous or event-driven systems, and distributed systems.
• Linux command-line comfort and working familiarity with JavaScript and browser-to-backend web requests.

Nice to have

• Production experience in e-commerce, GEO, AI-search, or search infrastructure; JVM performance, concurrency, batching, or latency-sensitive distributed-service design.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, or Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA.

Pay

$140,000 - $200,000 per year (base salary); 5% variable annual bonus (additional variable compensation)
