- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities, influence priorities, and lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Design and validate accessible, high-quality experiences through research, interaction design, prototyping, and implementation partnership.
- Raise design quality through cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and contributions to design practices and the design system.
