The AP Specialist processes invoices and payments, maintains vendor and customer records, and supports accounts payable controls, reconciliations, tax filings, and month-end close.
What you'll do
- Process invoices and vendor payments accurately and on time; maintain vendor and customer data and respond to inquiries.
- Develop AP policies and procedures, maintain accurate records and reconciliations, and support month-end close and audit preparation.
- Prepare accruals and journal entries, handle indirect tax and annual filings, and coordinate tax reviews with a third-party provider.
