Manages composites manufacturing teams and processes supporting aerospace hardware builds, from production-floor execution to new process development and hardware integration.
What you'll do
- Hire, manage, and mentor manufacturing engineers and technicians across two shifts; set production targets and maintain technical standards.
- Develop, document, and optimize processes for lamination, bonding, curing, assembly, and hardware integration, including new composites applications.
- Support production, resolve build issues, improve yields, and establish equipment maintenance plans.
