What you'll do
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop opto-mechanical manufacturing engineers and technicians.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing lines, metrology processes, alignment tooling, cleanroom production, and acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with design engineers on manufacturability, design reviews, and improvements to manufacturing rate, quality, and reliability.
