What you'll do
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop PCBA manufacturing engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Set up and run an SMT line and build PCBA acceptance-testing capabilities, including functional and environmental testing.
- Improve manufacturability, production rate, yield, cost, quality, and delivery of PCBAs.
