Leads and grows manufacturing teams and capabilities to build and improve hardware for Impulse Space vehicles.
What you'll do
- Hire, manage, and mentor manufacturing engineers, technicians, and organizational leaders.
- Set production targets and metrics; improve program maturity, hardware reliability, technical standards, and shop-floor capacity.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams on manufacturability and make-versus-buy decisions.
