What you'll do
- Develop and execute production-scaling strategies, improve factory layouts and workflows, and remove bottlenecks.
- Scale assembly, integration, and test capabilities and lead facility buildouts and operational readiness.
- Own capacity-driven capital planning and equipment investments, coordinating across functions to deliver production capability.

Pay
$175,000 - $205,000 / year (base salary)
