About the job

Develop and deploy high-throughput assays that generate functional biological data to improve AI-based design of therapeutic molecules.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute pooled assays measuring sequence-to-function in vitro, in cells, and in vivo.
  • Optimize assays and analyze, communicate, and maximize the utility of generated data.
  • Collaborate across biology, machine learning, data engineering, and translational disciplines to apply data to molecular design.

What they ask for

  • PhD and 4+ years of post-PhD experience.
  • Strong foundation in molecular and cellular biology and experimental methods.
  • History of building highly multiplexed mammalian-cell assays, such as large functional screens or single-cell ‘omics.
  • Scientific programming, preferably in Python, including analysis and visualization of complex data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with mammalian synthetic biology, particularly cell therapy applications; knowledge of RNA biology, biochemistry, and biologics drug development.
  • Understanding of next-generation sequencing platforms, or experience generating and analyzing large ‘omics datasets via sequencing and/or mass spectrometry.

Pay
