Manages customer billing, accounts receivable, collections, and contract-to-billing setup while supporting revenue close and improving billing processes.
What you'll do
- Review and coordinate customer invoices, payments, collections, disputes, credits, reconciliations, and billing exceptions.
- Translate contract terms into billing instructions and system setup; coordinate implementation handoffs and validate billing readiness.
- Support revenue close, audits, controls, reporting, and billing workflow improvements.
