Supports customer service, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, vehicle deliveries, and basic service activities to provide a strong ownership experience.
What you'll do
- Handle customer communications, troubleshoot issues, coordinate service and warranty requests, and follow through on resolutions.
- Fulfill orders and manage inventory, warehouse organization, and local vehicle deliveries and pickups.
- Support vehicle service activities, including check-in, inspections, assembly, disassembly, and repairs.
