What you'll do
- Set the technical roadmap and build-versus-buy-versus-train strategies for realtime voice components.
- Lead research and engineering on speech quality, production readiness, evaluation, and deployment of enterprise voice agents.
- Debug production voice behavior and mentor a team across speech research, infrastructure, realtime systems, and evaluation.
