Conduct quantum software research and develop, test, and apply quantum algorithms to energy grid optimization problems.

- Research quantum technology for energy grid optimization and write and test code applying quantum algorithms to grid problems.
- Collaborate with external groups, experimental physicists, and software engineers; contribute to energy optimization proposals.
- Publish and present research, keep current with developments, and support teammates.

- Programming proficiency; Python fluency is preferred, or proficiency in another language with ability to rapidly upskill in Python.
