What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer, partnership, government, research, licensing, technology development, SaaS, data, vendor, and procurement agreements.
- Advise on transaction structures and legal risks, including intellectual property, regulatory, export-control, national-security, and public-company considerations.
- Develop legal processes and playbooks, train internal teams, and support corporate, regulatory, and governance matters.
