Leads supplier quality activities, resolves manufacturing and supplier nonconformance issues, and improves supplier quality processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Lead supplier corrective actions, including containment, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and effectiveness verification.
- Assess, qualify, develop, and audit suppliers; review manufacturing processes, inspection data, and product conformity.
- Improve supplier quality processes and support AS9100 requirements and SOX compliance activities.
What they ask for

- Experience supporting Government or defense contracts and working with contract quality requirements under FAR Part 46.
- Experience assessing and monitoring suppliers, conducting supplier audits, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with nonconformance management, root-cause analysis, CAPA, SCARs, quality documentation, and quality tools.
Nice to have
- ASQ certification, such as CQE, CSQP, or CQA.
- Experience with DCMA, source inspection, Government quality assurance surveillance, customer audits, or audit-response activities.

USD 155000-185000 per year; base salary
