Manages full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical roles, building candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to fill positions.
What you'll do
- Manage recruitment from intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines and a strong candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics and ATS records, and monitor market trends and compensation.
