What you'll do
- Manage Salesforce, business-system integrations, identity and access management, and the IT administration team.
- Build analytics, dashboards, product and go-to-market reporting, and finance reporting, including ARR, renewals, cohorts, and board metrics.
- Manage data pipelines and deliver product analytics on usage, feature adoption, and customer behavior.
