What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery, executive demos, and workshops with tax firms, translating their needs into use cases and business outcomes.
- Configure and implement the product; deliver onboarding, training, and adoption support from pilot through go-live.
- Serve as a tax domain expert for customers and share workflow insights with Product and Engineering.
What they ask for
- Active or previously held CPA, EA, or equivalent tax credential.
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting, tax preparation, or tax technology.
- Deep working knowledge of US individual and/or business entity tax returns, including 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, or 1041.
- Experience working directly with accounting firm partners and staff; strong presentation and demo skills; willingness to travel an estimated 30 to 50%.
