About the job

Drives post-silicon memory characterization, certification, predictive modeling, and risk assessments to support technology readiness, product deployment, and PDK release decisions.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute memory array certification and characterization, assessing operating margins, variability, aging, and technology risks.
  • Analyze silicon data, develop Vccmin/Vmax predictive models, and assess silicon-to-simulation correlation.
  • Collaborate across engineering teams and communicate certification findings, readiness assessments, and recommendations.

What they ask for

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related discipline with 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience, or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline with 6+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with memory testing.
  • 2+ years analyzing large-scale memory or semiconductor datasets using statistical methods.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using JMP and Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, process optimization, automation, or data visualization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in memory design, characterization, validation, modeling, product development, quality, reliability, or technology development.
  • Experience with silicon-based predictive models, Sil2Sim, SPICE modeling, or technology certification and PDK development.

Pay

$155,520.00-255,200.00 USD (total compensation)
