Embeds with strategic customers to deploy Fin, use data and AI to improve support operations, and relay customer insights to product and strategy teams.
What you'll do
- Assess customer workflows and business challenges, then design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve support operations.
- Guide customers in measuring outcomes and adopting Fin; collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product on successful deployments.
- Prototype and scale data-driven tools and share frontline insights to inform product development.
