Works with strategic customers to implement and expand Fin’s AI customer-support capabilities, deliver software solutions, and relay customer insights to product teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with strategic customers to understand their needs and build solutions hands-on, including coding with customer technical teams.
- Drive adoption of Fin and collaborate with Sales, Success, Product, and R&D to deliver projects and measurable customer outcomes.
- Share customer feedback and codify engagement best practices to inform product direction and help scale the team.
