About the job
Partners with strategic customers to implement and scale Fin’s AI support capabilities, deliver measurable outcomes, and feed customer insights into product development.
What you'll do
- Work directly with strategic customers to understand requirements, build and deliver solutions, and drive adoption of Fin.
- Code alongside customer technical teams and collaborate with Sales, Success, Product, and R&D on project delivery and product feedback.
- Document best practices and insights from customer engagements to help scale the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
