Owns partner-delivered implementation services for Fin customers, helping delivery partners deploy AI tools effectively and achieve customer and operational outcomes.
What you'll do
- Oversee partner-delivered projects, including partner onboarding, certification, and ongoing enablement.
- Help partners translate customer objectives into deployment plans and deliver AI-first service strategies; monitor KPIs and manage project risks and escalations.
- Improve partner operations and coordinate with Deployment Services, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and R&D; conduct quarterly business reviews with service partners.
