Owns partner-delivered implementation services for Fin, helping service delivery partners implement AI tools to meet customer goals and deliver business value.
What you'll do
- Onboard, certify, and develop service delivery partners on Fin’s products, methodology, and delivery standards.
- Guide partners in customer discovery, deployment planning, AI-first service strategies, and product adoption.
- Monitor partner and project performance, manage escalations and risks, and drive operational efficiency and quarterly business reviews.
