Advises customers through the sales cycle by discovering needs, demonstrating Fin’s AI solutions, and designing tailored proofs of concept.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, value presentations, solution reviews, and tailored Proofs of Concepts (POCs).
- Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and improve solutions and sales-engineering processes.
