What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, value-based solution reviews, technical sessions, and tailored proofs of concept.
- Handle RFPs and customer security questions, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and help improve Solutions Engineering processes and playbooks.
