Leads cross-functional programs to execute InterSystems’ security and performance priorities across product, engineering, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.
What you'll do
- Translate strategy into plans, coordinate concurrent projects, and align scope, priorities, and dependencies across teams.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across product, engineering, architecture, compliance, and operations; communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
- Track program health against KPIs and milestones, manage risks and issues, and improve execution and accountability.
