About the job
Oversees hardware operations for Intuit’s Live Expert retail program, including procurement, inventory, vendor management, budgets, support, and process development.
What you'll do
- Manages the hardware lifecycle, orders, shipping, inventory, break/fix support, and replenishment for retail stores.
- Partners with Finance on budgets and spend, manages vendors and contractors, and reports program activity and priority issues.
- Builds and improves program processes, including creating playbooks after processes are approved.
