What you'll do
- Owns procurement request and PO lifecycle quality, compliance standards, escalations, KPIs, dashboards, SOPs, and e-procurement configuration.
- Drives procurement operating-model transformation and pilots automation and AI-assisted workflows with Technology and partner functions.
- Provides functional leadership and mentorship to Buy Desk Advisors and contingent staff; has indirect supervisory responsibility for contingent workers.
