What you'll do
- Own the strategy, curriculum, content, programs, and learner experience, with accountability for speed to proficiency and customer outcomes.
- Lead a global team of 30+ FTEs and 50+ contractors and partner with Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, Analytics, and Talent.
- Transform learning delivery and content operations to prepare experts for AI-assisted work and changing workforce needs.
