What you'll do
- Own service delivery, customer outcomes, quality, and team performance across a large organization; redesign operations while maintaining live services.
- Lead AI-enabled transformation and operationalize AI-powered quality management, including changes to workflows, governance, roles, and operating mechanisms.
- Oversee workforce planning and scheduling, payroll tax accuracy and compliance, and development of a geographically distributed leadership organization.
