Embeds with enterprise finance customers to prove, deploy, and expand AI-agent automation for accounting workflows, while feeding customer learnings back to Product and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Build customer-specific proofs of value, lead technical evaluations, and present technical and ROI cases with Sales.
- Configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and support AI agents in production accounting workflows; manage customer escalations and SLAs.
- Guide customer adoption and expansion, and share product feedback and reusable deployment practices with internal teams.
