Build and deploy customer-specific AI accounting automation, from pre-sale proofs of value through production implementation, while feeding customer needs back to Product and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Build proofs of value and lead technical evaluations with prospects, including discovery, architecture, security, integrations, and ROI presentations.
- Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and support AI Agents and customer integrations in production; manage response and resolution SLAs.
- Lead customer implementation, training, adoption, and expansion efforts, and relay product feedback and reusable deployment practices to internal teams.
