Embeds with enterprise finance customers to prove, deploy, and improve AI-agent workflows that automate accounting operations, while feeding customer insights back to Engineering and Product.
What you'll do
- Build pre-sale proofs of value, lead technical evaluations, and present technical and ROI cases to buyers.
- Configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and support customer-specific AI agents in production; manage customer escalations and SLAs.
- Lead customer transformation, training, adoption, and expansion work; share product feedback and create reusable implementation materials.
