- Set the experience vision and design cohesive, end-to-end co-serve journeys across QuickBooks Live, ProPartner, and Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS).
- Shape transparent, trustworthy AI-and-human service experiences and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver customer value.
- Lead, coach, and grow a design team while setting a high bar for design craft and cross-functional alignment.
