What you'll do
- Govern and coordinate end-to-end People M&A workstreams, including deal plans, decision-making, risks, and cross-functional partners.
- Translate deal goals into People diligence, organization and talent plans, employee transition strategies, and Day 1 readiness.
- Track post-close integration outcomes and improve the People M&A Playbook, including through automation and AI-enabled tools.
Nice to have
- 5+ years directly leading People/HR M&A transactions across varied deal types and structures.
- Global or multi-country acquisition experience; experience building a People M&A function or playbook; or background in consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, or enterprise integration.
Pay
Mountain View: USD $204,000 - $276,000 base salary; San Diego, CA: USD $191,000- $258,500 base salary
